Guest Policies at Old Ferry Road B&B

• Cancellations with less than 14 days notice will be charged for the first night of their stay
• No shows will be charged in full
• No pets
• The bed and breakfast is not suitable for children, children are welcome at the cottage
• No smoking indoors, evidence of smoking will result in a cleaning charge of  $300.
